Christmas at Apollo

Come celebrate Xmas with us. Apollo Kantine is open for reservations, if you are looking for a beautiful, spacious room to host your annual Christmas lunch or party.

We offer a 5-course seasonal menu with a touch of Christmas:

Snacks
Mushroom toast / pistachio eggs /
Confit duck croquettes, honey mustard

Appetizers
Smoked salmon with kohlrabi and blood orange
Baked scallions, green cream, nori seaweed, ramson capers

First course
Roasted pork breast with 5 spice graze served with wintergreen leaves, steamed wintergreens & aromatic herb mixture

Main courses
Baked pumpkin with comté and smoked paprika
Salada rosso

Dessert
Ris a la mande with cherry sauce
